When we needed to re-paint they came out and did specs for the job. Their sales rep Julie helped me tremendously with the bidding process. They were there inspecting every week while the job was going on to make sure their product was being applied properly. The bigger paint companies don't do this!

During the painting process, they were on site frequently to make sure we were happy and all was going smoothly. Mike, the UCI inspector, was diligent in making certain that the paint was being applied properly. This puts a homeowner's mind at ease and our confidence level is high. Now, I would be remiss if I did not comment on the paint itself. I understand it is designed to withstand Florida's crazy, hot, humid weather which is great, but on top of that…….. it is gorgeous! It has a sheen to it that is rich and luxe. Many owners have commented on how wonderful the paint looks, not just because of the color.

Mike and Julie initially came to our buildings, answered all of our questions, listened intently to what we wanted to do, developed detailed specifications for the project and even gave us some recommendations for contractors familiar with their paint products.
I cannot say enough nice things about Julie, the color expert. She was such a pleasure to work with. She came to the building and met with us several times. She brought samples of colors, showed us different combinations and made renderings of the colors on the building wanting to make sure we would have our vision for the building become a reality. At one point we were almost, but not quite satisfied, with one of the colors, so they custom made a color that we now love. The building looks amazing. Julie came during the painting to see the progress. I can only encourage anyone considering a paint project to contact this paint company. They are the only company that makes paint specifically for South Florida. They take pride in their company and guarantee their product. Who could ask for anything more?
