Now, I would be remiss if I did not comment on the paint itself. I understand it is designed to withstand Florida's crazy, hot, humid weather which is great, but on top of that…….. it is gorgeous! It has a sheen to it that is rich and luxe. Many owners have commented on how wonderful the paint looks, not just because of the color.

We chose UCI paint for our Key West-style boutique condominium building adjacent to the beach in Deerfield Beach, where the salt, sand, sun and heat wreak havoc on our painted surfaces.

As a property manager of 3 high rise condos in Boca Raton, I deal with a lot of vendors. UCI is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with!

When we needed to re-paint they came out and did specs for the job. Their sales rep Julie helped me tremendously with the bidding process.
